Temporary staffing: flexible reinforcement
Need support fast – for peaks, absences or a fixed-term assignment? Then we provide professionals through temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). We remain the employer: contract, payroll and organisation are handled by us, and you deploy the professional in your team. This works especially well for professionals from the EU and for professionals who already live in Germany. Anyone coming new from a country outside the EU starts directly in permanent employment with you – through our placement service.

We work transparently and according to the rules of fair recruitment – for you and for the people who come to you. There are no guarantees regarding recognition or visas: these are decided by the authorities.
Nursing and health personnel from countries on the WHO list may only be placed by the German Federal Employment Agency (§ 38 BeschV). We exclude these countries from our search.
